Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Sheets and Plates are primarily composed of nickel (30–35%), iron (39.5–49.5%), and chromium (19–23%), with small additions of titanium, aluminum, and carbon. This alloy offers excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and thermal fatigue. Mechanically, it provides high tensile strength, good creep resistance, and stability under prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. The 800H and 800HT grades are specially heat-treated to enhance high-temperature strength. These sheets and plates maintain structural integrity during welding, forming, and fabrication, making them suitable for demanding industrial applications.
