Nickel Alloy 200 Angle features a composition of minimum 99.0% nickel, with maximum 0.4% iron, 0.25% copper, 0.35% manganese, 0.15% carbon, 0.35% silicon, and 0.01% sulfur for optimal purity and low gas content. In annealed condition, it delivers tensile strength of 380-520 MPa, yield strength of 105-210 MPa, elongation 40-55%, hardness 45-80 HRB, density 8.89 g/cm³, and modulus of elasticity 204-207 GPa, with superior thermal conductivity around 70 W/m·K. These properties enable low work-hardening, magnetic characteristics, and resistance up to 315°C.
