Stainless Steel 201 Coil/Slitting Coil is composed of 16-18% chromium, 3.5-5.5% nickel, 5.5-7.5% manganese, along with small amounts of carbon, silicon, and nitrogen. This composition offers a cost-effective solution by replacing some nickel content with manganese while maintaining good corrosion resistance. Mechanically, it provides a tensile strength of about 515 MPa and a yield strength of 275 MPa, with an elongation of 40% in 2 inches. Its density of 7.85 g/cm³ and robust performance under moderate temperatures make it highly versatile for various industrial applications.
