Stainless Steel 348H Angle is a high-performance, heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel designed for applications involving continuous exposure to elevated temperatures. Stainless Steel 348H Angle contains 17–19% chromium, 9–13% nickel, and controlled carbon content of 0.04–0.10% for improved high-temperature strength. It also includes niobium and tantalum stabilizers, which prevent carbide precipitation during heat exposure and welding. Mechanically, 348H offers a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of about 205 MPa, and elongation near 40%. Its enhanced creep resistance and excellent oxidation stability make it well-suited for high-temperature service, maintaining strength and structural reliability in demanding thermal environments.
