Stainless Steel 440C is a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel containing approximately 1.0% carbon, 16–18% chromium, and small amounts of manganese and silicon. It exhibits outstanding hardness up to 58–60 HRC, tensile strength of 760–1,000 MPa, and good wear resistance. Its martensitic structure allows excellent dimensional stability, toughness, and corrosion resistance. These circles maintain their performance under heavy mechanical loads and abrasive conditions, making them ideal for precision components, industrial tools, and mechanical systems requiring durability, high strength, and reliable wear resistance.
