Stainless Steel 904L Sheets and Plates are composed of key elements, including Chromium (19-23%), Nickel (23-28%), Molybdenum (4-5%), Copper (1-2%), and low Carbon content (<0.02%), which enhance their corrosion resistance, especially against acidic and chloride-rich environments. These sheets exhibit excellent mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of approximately 490-675 MPa, yield strength of 220 MPa and elongation of 35%. The addition of Molybdenum and Copper improves resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making them suitable for aggressive chemical environments.
